Policy
CANCELLATIONS
We require 24 hour notice for all cancellations. After repeated cancellations without a 24 notice and at the discretion of management, there will be a charge of 50% of the service. Emergencies are always understood.
PAYMENT/GRATUITY
Gratuities are not included in your service, but are greatly appreciated. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as forms of payment for your services, however we cannot add a tip on credit card. An ATM is available for your convenience. We require a credit card on file for larger services such as, full lash application, full highlights, etc.
CELL PHONE USE
In an effort to keep the atmosphere tranquil and relaxing for all of our clients we ask to put your phone on silent or vibrate while in the salon and spa. If you need to speak on the phone we ask that you please keep it quiet and brief.
CHILD SAFETY
For both the comfort and respect of our clientele, and the safety of your children, all children must remain in the waiting area unless receiving a service. Therefore, for safety and insurance purposes, please only bring them in if they can sit quietly in the waiting area and be kept occupied, unsupervised. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
ARRIVAL TIME
At Allure Day Spa and Salon, we always try our best to be on time. We ask that you do the same. If you arrive over 15 minutes late for your appointment time, the scheduled services may not be capable of being fulfilled in the time allotted. Your technician will do her best to accommodate you, however rescheduling in some instances may be necessary. Any services requiring preparation such as Gel Polish soaking please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time.
